Default Piece of sealant dropped down into timing cover, bad?

1991 Accord, 2.2L, MT.

Like the tittle says, a piece of cured sealant dropped down into the timing cover. It's about 1" in length and 1/4" wide. Will this hurt anything? Also, I tried to get it out and ended up moving a small pulley down there. I have attached a picture, the pulley on the left is from the camshaft, the pulley that moved is to the right. Will this pulley need to be realigned? Thank you.

No, nothing else got moved except that pulley. Last question, do you know if the timing cover has a drain? I'm going to be degreasing the engine bay and I don't think it will be a good idea to get water down there?
