Piston slap / wrist pin???

Piston slap / wrist pin???
Hey yall, quick ?? when i start my car it has a low end sound, if this was a small block chevy i would say piston slap, it goes away when warmed up, car has 170,000 miles,is it normal or should i be concerned? thanks
