2001 Accord 4door

Recently, that black lining on the outside of the car, directly below the doors, came half-way off on one side. I don't even know what that thing is called, let alone where to find it/how to fix it.

That's not my car, and the lining is a different color here, but that's what I'm talking about. I'm a complete noob when it comes to cars, help appreciated!

 

it's called a sideskirt or rocker cover... should be able to get one at a junkyard if you need a new one... body work is not my forte, so i'm unable to help you as far as installing it or how exactly it mounts... most of them have brackets, some are stick-on... sorry i couldnt be more help, but at least now u know what it's called

 

The part in the photo looks like part of an aftermarket ground effects kit. I am unsure as the kit usually has different bumper covers.
