2003 Accord 4 cyl LX MT

I recently replaced the battery in my 2003 LX. My power windows and the center console controls for the fan, heater and AC no longer have power. The mirrors don't work and there are no lights on the Air/Heater controls. The radio works fine.
I checked all fuses and replaced a blown 15Amp that controls the 12volt charger plugs. I can't figure out what fuse powers the mirrors and center console.
Any help would be appreciated.

Do you have the owners manual....not sure how many and where all of the fuse panels are on the '03's.

 

I have the owner's manual. It does not specifically list the fuse or power supply for the mirrors and the fan controls.

Fixed! Someone listed a bunch of fuses regarding the same general subject in another thread. For some reason I was missing fuse 30, 7.5 amps, and didn't notice it. The car must have eaten it or something.
