Default Plug and Wire question

Normally my 1995 honda accord runs very good. But after a while, the number 1 spark plug wire flies off usually when i start it and then my car runs like ****. I put it back on, run it a while and returns back to normal again. What do you gusy think? New plugs or new wires or both?

What kind of plugs are in there? The reason I ask is that Hondas hate Bosch plugs.

I'd say replace them both.......use NGK ZFR5F-11 plugs and definatelly Honda plug wires ,, also make sure that there is no oil in the spark plug tubes
,If so , there is a write up on our DIY section on how to replace the seals..
