Hey everyone! Ok my car makes this loud clanking/popping sound when I come to a stop. It will usually do this if it has been sitting for a while. I took it to Honda and they told me that my car was fine and that it was the brake calipers(sp)?? and that it is normal to hear that sound when you apply the brakes. It is very loud and I do need to get new brake pads. I just don't know if the dealership is pulling my leg or what. I kinda want to get a second opinion but I figured that I would start here first and see if any of you guys have this problem???
