hmm there is a pretty loud "popping" sound in the front area of my 95 accord ex coupe...it usually happens whenever i brake when im down at about 10 mph...i havent noticed it happening when i turn but i think it might have dont it once or twice....any info would be great thanks!!!

 

Hi, I just replaced the pads, pad shims and retainer clips on my daughters 97 accord coupe a half hour ago and that same popping is gone!!! sounds like the same problem too. rolling back and forth at slow speeds, popping when applying the brakes.

 

Most likely the pad clip. 7 dollars from the dealer-each. 2 per caliper.
