This may not be a tranny problem, but I was thinking it was so I put "Transmission" in the Subject field. Anyway, sometimes when I accelerate, my RPMs get up really high before it switches gears. Sometimes the RPMs get so high I get scared the engine may blow or something, but then it changesgears and seems fine.Is there something I can do about this?Maybe change or check the transmission fluid? If so, where do I check the transmission fluid on an 88 Accord and how do I add more? If this doesnt sound like a problem with the tranny please let me know your thoughts.
