Power door lock problem.

Power door lock problem.

Last week the front passenger door stopped locking/unlocking automatically. I've been having to do it manually. About 2 months prior, the window became stuck down. I managed to get it to work for a couple days, until it got stuck up. When you press the buttons for both window and lock, it still sound like it's trying to do something, but nothing happens.
Should I do the same thing and look at this motor?
(2003 Honda Accord Ex 4 door/cyl 105,000 miles)
