power lock issue...
As far as the light is concerned, try shorting the blue "service connector" under the glove box, then turning the key to "ON" and counting the number of times D4 flashes. That will tell you the error code.
and the power door locks, check all the fuses for one. there is one fuse box under the hood and one down by the pedals on the inside. check EVERY fuse, even if it doesnt sound like it has anything to do with power door locks. Missing a fuse can cause wierd stuff to happen to your car, no matter what the fuse has to do with.

With the key off, set the wiper speed switch to the middle position. Crank car. See if windows work.
