I've been doing some reading and i think this a common problem but im not 100% sure. since i bought my car the power locks didnt work. I took a look inside the door and actuator wires were cut on the drivers side. reattached those and still nothing. I know i have power going to all the actuators so what i guess what im asking is where should i start looking for some kind of solution? response is mutch appreciated.

 

I have a 94 accord ex coupe. I got the entire shop manual in a pdf from the site mentioned in this link. The manual takes you through all the steps to test each component and isolate your problem. Yes, its free.
