Does any wonderful person know what in the hell this section of the power steering assembly is called? We have an 01 4 cylinder accord. Thank you!

It looks like a power steering hose. I'm not sure which hose, because you are zoomed in pretty close. What does this hose connect to? Top of the pump or side of the PS pump?
