Exclamation Power steering leak from reservior/hose not sure!

Hi all I have a 1993 Honda Accord 4 cylinder ex. I found a power steering leak show up big time yesterday. It looked like it was coming from under the reservoir, so I thought it was maybe the hoses. I pulled the thing put and cannot for the life of me find any cracks in the hoses or the reservoir.

Can someone please help me in this situation.

Thanks

Hoses to reservoir have very low pressure. Leaks would be most likely at the connections to reservoir.

Also a leak on suction inlet to the PS pump could pull air into PS fluid, aireate the fluid, and cause reservoir to overflow. Look for foamy bubbly PS fluid w/ engine running. New hose, clamps necessary to eliminate suction air leak.

good luck

We no longer use the DIY section for help questions. There are a bunch of stickied warning threads in the DIY section regarding the change. For the most parts, most general help questions should be posted in this General Tech help forum section.

It's not so much that we don't want to help, it is just due to the way this forum is structured that you'll get the most help in this section. The DIY section does not get the same amount of view traffic for people having a help question, and can even go unnoticed due to the change.
