Hi I need help finding the power steering resivoir. I had an automatic but now I've Become a real driver and can now drive stick. The problem is where is the Resivoir on the 91 manual transmission Accord. I feel so dumb. Please help!
why do you need to know where the reservior is? you dont want to mess with that thing, you put the wrong fluid in it, you may need thousands of dollars in repairs. get back to me if you need to fill it i can help
........ i doubt its the power steering being low thats causing that sound. And if its low you might have a leak somewhere.... but eitherway its just a matter of following the lines off the power steering housing
hahah my dodge truck cries because it leakes power steering fluid so fast... it serisouly makes an "OWWW" sound as you turn. If you suspect the power steering fluid is dangerously low, it is on the driver's side up front with a little red cap on it. Should be near your washer fluid. Make sure you use honda power steering fluid. and don't over fill!
A side note, my power steering leaked pretty bad in my accord. I noticed that there was a line that had a clamp on it near the motor and it was loose (was under the car). A few cranks tighter, and no more leak. If you're having a serious leak, check the easy stuff first.
