Default Power Window Help!

Hey y'all! I'm hoping someone has some ideas for my power windows in my 2003 Accord EX. It has been having trouble for a while now. I started having to bang on it just to get the lights on the buttons to light up and roll the windows down. That eventually stopped working, so I bought a new power window switch and plugged it in. No luck. The lights for the mirror switch work and I can move the mirrors, but the window switches and lock switches are not illuminated and do not work, which tells me that there is no power to the switches maybe? My passenger window will not roll down either, but I'm guessing that maybe since the window lock is not working it has locked the passenger window. What do I check next? All of the wires look okay to me.

Use a volt meter or test light. Unplug the connector to the window switch. The red/white, green/white, and yellow wire should have 12V. Use a bare metal bolt as your ground location. Key should be in the II position for these tests.

A 12V test light would give more information vs a volt meter. A volt meter can read 12V on a wire, but a test light will show that under current, the wire can't actually supply 12V to the circuit.
