Default Windshield Wipers/Power Locks/Power Window Problems

Greetings everyone! So I have three areas of concern, of which I have a general idea of what may be the problem, but I want a for sure kind of answer.

Long story short: When I bought my car a few months ago, windshield wipers were a little loose because they would fling too far when turning and eventually they would stall when it's heavy rain and i'm driving fast. Now they have stopped working, but I can hear the motor of the windshield working. Low sounds low, and high power sounds louder... but the windshield wipers don't move. Maybe I need to adjust it properly and clean something like JIMBLAKE suggested, or maybe I need a new motor. has anyone else had a problem similar to this? I'll try cleaning it and updating it, but we'll see!

2. Power locks. The mechanism works, but it seems like they don't give quite enough oomph of power to properly lock or unlock all of the doors. I have to manually lock every door or unlock every door. or I can keep clicking the button until the doors lock, which don't always work... I'm not sure about this. Fuses are good.

3. Power windows.. Every window works quickly and correctly when used at THEIR respective buttons. But from the driver side, if I control another window, it goes slow and laggy. (I'm pretty sure this is the driver master switch I need to replace), correct me if I'm wrong.

If anyone has these kind of problems and have found the solution, let me know please! thanks!
