Honda Accord LX 04

I have yet to find the cause of my windshield wipers not moving. According to the mechanic the motor seems to be working fine. First thing I did was to check for burned fuses but they all seem fine. Mechanic confirmed this too.

How did he "confirm" the motor is fine? You would need to connect a 12V power supply to the leads of the motor.

 

According to him, that is what he did. He plugged the motor to a power supply. He says he's looking for modulator or relay somewhere but can't find it?

I am really reluctant to take it to the dealer - it's freaking expensive. :/
