Power Window Problems on 2003 Accord
#12
Ok, the new regulator is in and works great - almost.
Let me try to explain what is happening. I tested the window using the passenger button - works great. Drove the car and tried to put the window down from the drivers side - nothing but a click. When I tried the passenger side again - window went down as long as I was holding the button - as soon as I released the button the window reversed and went back up. Continued to happen while using the passenger button.
Next I pushed the drivers button again - only heard a click, but this time when I hit the passenger button it went down and stayed down.
But wait - I was able to raise the passenger window using the driver side button - along with hearing that click again.
Now when I hit the passenger window it repeated what happened in the above step - up/down and the driver button does nothing again.
Short or what?

You probably have to reset the power window system. See my post in this thread:

I just tried to reset the power window system and it did not work. I held the button long enough where I heard it reset.
As I tested the button on the drivers side that controls the passenger window I heard what sounded more like a solenoid sound rather than a click coming from the passenger side.

Try this other reset procedure.
2003 Accord window issue - Honda-Tech
Let me know if this works.
I hope it does not turn out to be a problem with the multiplexer. I can post a link for info. on that too.

07 accord with same problem...
i have an a 2007 accord ex with the same problem. however the only window that works is the driver side window. none of the switches work from the driver side or at each window individually. i really don't want to have to replace 3 motors!!
