Hi all, was wondering if anyone would have any insight into this, i changed the distributor o-ring and sparkplugs on my 2000 accord ex, when i started it up the CEL came on and when i put it into reverse there was a loud clunk but it still moves, but when i put it into drive its the same as if its in neutral and it wont move. I checked the tranny fluid and its ok. Any help would be greatly appreciated

 

Only suggestion is to extract code. That may provide a clue. Your maintenance items should not affect transmission, unless you accidentally damaged something.

Did you do ANY other maintenance/repair things?

 

Turns out i put the distrubutor on backwards and it fried the shift solenoid luckily it didnt snap the cam shaft, just gotta replace the solenoids and should be all good. Thanks for the replies.
