My locks in my car doors keep locking themselves. I have power locks, but not keyless entry, but after I lock my car doors (when my car is off and im leaving my car), it will keep randomly locking the doors, and I'm worried it will end up wearing down the battery or the power locks themselves. My car has been off for a while and I just walked passed it and heard them locking themselves. Has anyone heard of this before? I think I need to go get it checked out by a mechanic tomorrow

 

Probably a bad lock actuator.

What year is your Accord? I have the same issue on my 97, my fix is to unplug the actuator for now. (It's getting colder by the day).

 

1996. Seems like this is a common problem in Accords from a quick google search.

 

99% a bad door lock actuator

 

The same things happens to me.... until suddenly the electric part of driver's door lock stopped working, and now the random locking has totally stopped.
