Hi, I have to replace both sets of speakers and the head unit in a used 90 accord I am getting ready to buy. I have been told that both sets are 6 1/2, and others have told me that they are 6 1/2 for one set and 6x9 for the other set.

The owners manual does not state anything about it. How can I find this out for sure without having to pop the door plastic off? I have to order new speakers tomorrow and I want to make sure I get it right. Someone also said the EX was the only model with a 6x9, but they weren't sure. Thanks!

 

looked up the OEM part on hondapartsnow.com and it says for the 90 EX (i put in 4-door), that the rear speaker is 6x9 single cone pioneer.
