Unhappy Question about break light

I have a 1999 Honda Accord Ex. 4cylinder. Every morning when i turn on the car the break light comes and stays on for about 5 to 10 minutes, then goes off. It only happens in the morning after the car has been off for about 10 to 13 hours. After the initial start up i turn on and off the car multiple times and break light does not stay on. Please help!

I assume this is the same light as if you had the e-barke on?

Check the fluid, then I have to ask when it was flushed last. Then inspect the "sensor" inside the cap for proper movement and readings.

If the brake fluid level is okay, it may be the master cylinder filter and/or the float. See this Honda TSB. Copy and paste without the quotation marks ("' ") to see link.
