If the price includes installation, then I'd say it is a fair price,

Called them back and talked more details with the place. yes that's soup to nuts. He replaces the clutches, seals, converter, sees if all the gears and diff is all good, cleans it out up. he uses better parts because he dose not want you to come back. And he replaced the sensors, because he said it's better to get new once then clean and run the old once.
