So right now I'm living in Vegas visiting family, taking a break from school. And I just had my oil changed around 500 miles ago at the dealership. I know they changed their oil viscosity from 5W-30 to 5W-20.

Now summer is here and It gets to be 105-115 degrees! Should anyone who lives in a very dusty/hot environment be using a thicker viscosity motor oil like 10w-30? Or switch to a synthetic oil for less oil burn off. Less stress on the engine?

Whats the best motor oil for the heat and normal driving conditions with the AC on? Dyno oil or Synthetic? What do you guys use and recommend for Accords? Especially the 6th Generations Models.
