how do you take out the stering wheel of a Accord 97'. Thanks

Buy a Haynes/Chiltons manual at the parts store and the follow the instructions. BE CAREFUL WITH THE AIRBAG.

Id get rid of your avatar before one of the mods do... just a heads up.
