Default Random stalls on 2000 Accord v6

I have a 2000 honda accord v6 and have been having the randomly stall. I've had it stall while coming to a stop, while taking off and most recently it stalled while driving on the highway. When the stalling occures I hear a clicking sound under the dash, there is a milisecond flash from check engine light, rpm and speedometer drop to zero, the green key light starts blinking. Sometimes the stalls are fast in duration where the car starts back other times it doesn't. The most recent stall on the highway, it stalled and coasted, I pressed the gas several times and the car started running again. I'm not seeing any codes being set when I scan. Is this a main relay issue? ... ignition switch?

Thanks for all your help,
-jp

Try shaking the key while the engine is running to see if you can get it to stall out.

yes, I've tried that but I couldn't get it to stall out.
Is there a way to test out the electrical switch part of the ignition?
Apparently the dealer sells this separately.
I found the procedure to test out the main relay. I'm going to try
this out on Sat.
I'm also going to check out the alternator output voltage. I've not had
any charging issue so I don't think the alternator is a problem.

Thanks,
-jp
