Default Rattle after T-belt change

I Myself just replaced my timing belt along with all the other belts and pulleys on my 97 SE (F22b2). I put it all back together and started it up. I let it idle until it was warm. During idle the car was just as it was before, quiet and smooth with no vibrations or noises. I then rev it a little and to my surprise at 2000rpm vibrations and a noise appear. It sounds like the the rear exhaust is rattling and the car vibrates slightly (which it did not do before). but as soon as it hits 1900rpm its smooth and quiet again. I jacked up the car and the exhaust is not in contact with the body of the car in any place. I'm really worried a screwed something up and haven't had much time to inspect it further. any opinions are welcomed.

When you installed the tensioner pulley, did you get the small metal loop installed over the stud on the engine block? Here is the thread that has more details: https://www.hondaaccordforum.com/for...warning-22046/

I am very positive that I did install that correctly. Is the picture missing in the link? Another question i have is how tight are the belts supposed to be? Because when i removed the belts they seemed quite loose and when i reinstalled them i made sure they were tighter. I have also driven it more and it seems that above the 2000 rpms the engine seems to just vibrate more causing the noise (not coming from the engine)
