Default Rear Caliper Pin Boot Replacement

Working on a 99 Accord 2dr EX 3.0l rear brakes (discs), one of the caliper pins was seized up so we were able to force it out using a vise and a pickle fork, but in the process made a small tear in the pin boot. We were able to clean up the pins, and the brackets, relubed them, and put some silicone on the boot as a temporary fix for the tear. Question is to replace the boot, is it simply jamming a screwdriver or chisel under the washer part of the boot to pry it out and then how tight is the new boot to get in, seems like it would be easy to damage the new boot trying to press it in. Looking for tips from someone who's been there before.

IIRC that boot fits into the hole first, when the slide pin is NOT in there. It'll probably make more sense when you see the new boot.
