Default Rear Drivers side Window Regulator (sedan)

Hey guys,
My mother in law is having a problem with her window not moving up and down on her 01 Accord LX Sedan. I took off the door panel and checked the wire all the way to the window motor and it is getting power. I am assuming that the motor/regulator is bad. Her window is all the way up.

The problem I am having is,I can't seem to find any that say they are for the rear driver or passenger side. I can only find for the front. Is this the one I need? or does anyone have a link? The picture shows one for the drivers front.

The Honda part number for the rear left side regulator should be 72751-S84-A01. The motor part number for the rear left side should be 72755-S84-A01.

The regulator and motor are separately replaceable. It's different than the regulator/motor assembly in your attached pic. Google the part numbers for various vendor, etc.

The window regulator and motor may not be bad though. It may be a switch problem. I would briefly apply direct 12v power and ground to the motor to see if it works. Switching positive and ground makes it go up/down.
