Rear Eccentric Bolts
Took my car for an alignment and dealer broke both rear eccentric bolts while doing toe adjustments.
They replaced the bolts with 'some' bolts, according to them, not the right bolts. As per them, no warranty and anything on the alignment.
Few questions:
1- Where are these eccentric bolts located?
2-Should I be concerned about these bolts being 'some' bolts and not the right ones?
I'll share a pict of two new bolts(one on each side) which I noticed while looking under the car on the rear side.

Please see attached pictures in which shinning bolt head is highlighted, that's the bolt I am talking about and they have replaced those two, one on each side.

IMHO, don't stress over the ones in there but you do need to get the proper ones.
I drove ~2 days when one of mine "snapped" the head off...yes two days with the snapped bolt in there. No I didn't take corners as hard and that but didn't worry.
Now the align shop that snapped them was nice, they ordered and replaced them for free. Hence why I drove for ~two days while they came in.
If you are one the hook for the bolts there are a few choices....number one call the shop and explain that they will check/fix the align for free once you replace them. Next, there are aftermarket companies that sell these, there is the dealer and then there is a trip to the local bone yard.

1- They are grade 8.8 steel, are they easy to break/snap?Keep in mind, I am a Grandma/Grandpa kind of driver, very slow in the corners/turns and usually always drive slow.
2-How much would they cost if I get them from a dealer or aftermarket? Got the part number?
I am definitely due for a boneyard trip, but it's quite far from me

Go to Bernardi Honda web site, go the the parts section and follow the directions for looking up the parts. You will see the parts diagram and price they sell them for so it will give you a base price for your local dealer, but be aware that each dealer has their own overhead costs so part prices will vary.

The bolts are lobed shaped, thus as the bolt is turned it will push the the toe in or out depending on the direction. Once the toe is set the bolt head is held with a wrench and the nut is tightened, thus hold the toe adjustment in place. After getting the bolts it might be worth talking to who every did your alignment and see if they will do them at not cost. FYI you need the nuts too.
