recurring issue...REALLY stumped
ok so my g/f takes the car to go to the store this morning, and the 10 amp ECU fuse underhood blew again. I have replaced the main relay with a brand new Mitsuba from Hendrick Honda, the ECU itself is not giving off any codes nor is the TCU. all underhood connections are clean and tight. what now???

Have the alternator tested. The voltage regulator may be flaky.
EDIT: Also, if you can trace the power lead from the fuse to the ECU, you can check for cracked insulation. Also, if you can clip an ammeter on it, see if there is any current going through the fuse when the car is off.

I had a passing thought the alternator might be goofing up but since thats over $100 fix I was trying to go with the smaller stuff first. thanks for all the help guys. if it helps any, the only constant variable seems to be that the fuse only blows at highway speed 55+.

I know its a free test. sorry that last post came out wrong. I meant to say that I will go have it checks, but was trying to save the potential alternator fix farther down the list.
