I have honda accord 2001. I changed my remort starter battery and now it is not working. When I pressed buttons lights flashes on the car, but car won't start. I read about restting the remort engine starter but do not know how. please help.

 

On my viper security system if I change the battery. I need to reprogram my remote. Or take it where I got it done. Nothing works after the battery is changed. What kind of system is it

 

sorry not much familiar about the system. in remort starter it only says commandstart and has 2 buttons which need to be pressed at the same time to start the car. Yes, as I said before nothing working just lights flashing.
