Default Remove engine control module 2000 honda ex

Does anyone know how to remove the engine control module on a 2000 honda accord ex. Its under the driver side but hard to get to because its by the switch that you pulls the hood. How do you remove these panels.

Thanks

the ECU or PCM is actually under the center of the dash. If you are sitting in the passenger seat its to the left of your left foot. pull the carpet back and you will see it.

Default Pictures Driver side- how do i remove in ex 2000 accord

No it is under the driver side on the 2000 Accrod Ex version. I have attached pictures. The only problems is how do I remove the panel so I can remove the ecu. The orange cords are the engine control module. I took pictures in front so you coud see it is indeed under the driver side dash board.

Thanks

I've looked in my car and can see this module too. But it is not the ECU / PCM.

What issue are you having?

There are a few "controls" under there but they are not the PCM/ECU.....can't tell from the pick but that "might be" on of the multiplex units on the car.......

This is an older thread; but, just for informational purposes, the unit with the orange port under the driver's side dash is the ABS control unit.
