Default Repainting Hood

What a decent price to get my hood repainted?

Probably $300-500, if done to match OEM paint. Requires surface preparation and repair of any dents, paint chips; masking; priming; base coat; clear coat; and buffing. Each step requires significant time, hence price.

I've been practicing to paint my 94 EX and can tell you it is tough work to get really good results. Body work is expensive for this reason.

good luck

Just purchased a '97 and had the hood repainted for $200.
Of course it was the lots paint guy, so there may have been some price break in there.
