Default Replace Idler bolt on Tension pulley

I need to replace the idler/tensior assembly unit..whole piece and have question on how to loosen the stationary idler long bolt.

Have 2007 v6 3.0L Accord, idler assembly has 2 rollers. The Tension roller loosens turning clockwise(reverse thread), although, I'm not sure about the other bolt, the long idler bolt itself, is it counter clockwise to loosen?

The shop manual doesn't say it is reverse-threaded. So I'd say it is normal thread, where it is counter-clockwise to loosen.
