Replacing factory Keyless Entry

Default Replacing factory Keyless Entry
Hey, when i bought my 99 accord cp EX it came with an aftermarket alarm, remote startand no remotes. I want to use the factory keyless entry. how can i go about using this if the factory alarm was overrided in the intallation of the other aftermarketalarm? I bought a remote from ebay.
