Default replacing valve cover gasket/ accord / have ?

i have a 1992 accord ex. I have oil in the spark plug wells so am replacing those and valve cover gasket.
I have a couple questions.
When i have the valve cover off is there anything else i should while i have cover off like check valve clearance, etc?

2nd question
What exactly should i replace if oil is in spark plug well?

3rd question
Do i need to replace spark plug wires or can i just clean the oil from them?

If there's significant sludge consider cleaning the pcv ports in the valve cover.
There are little plastic donuts that form the seal, those will probably need replacing if there's oil in there. The wires should be fine, I would check for plug fouling too. And you might as well clean the EGR ports while you're removing stuff.

The EGR ports are over on the manifold, cleaning those is probably best done as a separate job.

The donut gasket under the valvecover, is a common leakage. Watch the orientation (right-side-up or upside-down) of those gaskets. They should have kinda the same cross-section shape as the rest of the valvecover gasket.

If you continue to get oil in the sparkplug tubes, there's another seal (O-ring) further down in the tubes. But for this one you have to remove the valve gear & camshaft bearing caps. Big job, and you should get a shop manual for tightening torque and sequence. If the upper seals fix the leak, I'd leave the lower ones alone.

Clean the oil from the sparkplug wires, but try to inspect for damage from the oil. It might be that you have misfiring, so be aware that the oil MIGHT have done some damage to the rubber.
