My daughter has a Honda Accord, manufactured 11/2006, we changed the oil and can not figure out how to reset the counter that indicates oil life. How do we reset this?

 

1. Ing switch on
2. Press Sel/Rest button until oil life indicator is displayed
3. Press the Sel/Reset butto for about 10 seconds.
The engine oil life and maintenance item codes will blink
4. Press the SEl/Reset button for more than 5 seconds.
This will bring your indicator back to 100%
