Default Rhythmic noise, that gets faster on acceleration: Piston Slap?

When engine is cold it happens but after 2 minutes it gone or not so notable. Also, it goes away if I'm not accelerating. I wasnt having that problem until I got my oil changed at the Dealership?? I took it back the 2 days later and they said I would need a new engine?? WHAT? 2004 Accord 4 cyl. 184,000 miles. The sound reminds me of a card that is attached to a bike spoke with a clothes pin....not sure if that makes sense??

well, first thing spend $30 and get your oil changed now at somewhere else. peace of mind, either 'bout your engine or the dealership.

2 minutes worth of noise isn't a problem. I've 3-4 minutes of valve noise on start whenever I touch the throttle, even lightly.
203,000 and I'm happy.
