right front door handle loose (outside)

right front door handle loose (outside)
I searched the threads, unable to find any info. on this.
Just just purchased a used 2007 Honda Accord 4 door sedan. It has 35000 miles. Last week I let my wife drive and I noticed the door handle is comming loose. Questions are:
1. How do you remove the inside door panel ?
2. Does the small close out panel outboard of the inside handle come out ?
3. Anyone know where to get a picture of the IPC ?
4. Is it held in place with a "circlip" or a couple of bolts ?
