Default ringing sound during braking in accord 98

hi to you all in the forum, I am using accord 98, auto trans, 4 cylinders. The problem is that when i am driving i use to hear a ringing sound when pressing the brakes. Is comin from the front tires. Also during driving the electrical system use to goes off and immediately restore back on its own. I am thinking i need to re-check the 5minute security i installed some months ago. Any suggestion or solutions will be most appreciated from you guys. Hope to hear from u guys soon

Some brake pads incorporate a metal tab that gives an audible ring when the pads get worn very low.
Not a problem, just get new pads ($30 - 60 for both front sides); if you have a shop do it all they'll probably resurface the rotors at add'l cost to total ~$200.
