Default rough idle

My wife's car is a 97 accord 6 cylinder, i just changed the plugs and wires last week, and now it's got a bit of a rough idle. once it revs up a lil, it smooths out to normal. it didn't start happening until a day or 2 later, i didn't swap any wires, i did em 1 at a time to make sure that i they all were in the right spots, i'm just kinda stumped here. Anybody have any thoughts?

What kind of plugs? Hondas seem to like NGK best, & some people have had occasional problems with some other brands.

well i took it over to auto zone and ran the OBDII and it said there was a misfire on cylinder 6. took out the plug, (it was an NGK) and looked it over. there was a small black line that did not look big enough to be a crack, it looked like a scratch. i bought another plug anyways, and it fixed it right up.
just a plug that was either bad or had a small crack.

Cool, I gotta remember that. Don't think I've heard of that happening with a nearly-new sparkplug.
