rough idle when stopped in gear

rough idle when stopped in gear
Hi everyone, I just aquired a 93 accord 2.2L autofrom my father in-law. It has 122k and was maintained very well. When I am stopped at a light or stop sign, the idle gets real rough with the foot on the brake. If you put it into neutral it smooths out. It has had new plugs, wires and cap 200 miles ago, timing belt has 10k on it, oils changed every 3k. I have read about the air idle control causing some issues, Can it get cleaned or adjusted? I know sometimes on my other vehicles, the emmisions parts get caked up with exhaust soot and it causes vacuum leaks which can cause problems.
Thanks

RE: rough idle when stopped in gear
It is not the mounts, they are solid, motor doesn't move with a foot on the gas and brake. I have played with many cars, I am still thinking emissions valve or vacuum leak.
But thanks for the advise

vacc leak would cause a raise in idle , not a rough idle
chk the throttle body make sure that it is clean and also remove the adjuster screw and clean it and the passage as well.. set idle at 700- 750 in park , engine at normal temp,
also make sure that there is vacc going to the rear mount diaphram when idle speed is below 700 ( car in gear)
