I have a 95 honda accord ex with the vtec engine in it we were havi.g problems with it starting we got that all figured out now when its running the rpm gage is steady until u brake or turn the lights on then it drops to zero

 

Odd one to me. There is an input and then a ground......this gorund is shared with the turn signal indicator lights......Has the cluster been out recently.
