Default Rpm and rough idle problem

I have a 1999 Honda accord lx vtec 3.0 it starts fine, rmps are about 1000 until it warms up then rmps drop to normal. Idle is rough. Then after driving for about 2-5mins and coming to a stop, the rpms drop below normal and acts of its going to stall. Not sure what's going on any ideas?
note: put new spark plugs and wires. New timing belt and changed heads. Was running fine until a pulley bolt broke (right side of timing belt) thinking might not of tightened it right. Fixed it and now got above issue, help please.

You have a lot going on here. When you say changed heads, where did you get your replacement/repaired heads?

Have you gone back and checked all your timing marks?
