Default Running Rough (Intermittently)

Just recently my Accord started running rough at times. Seems to occur mostly while accelerating. The best way I can describe it is that it reminds me of a carbureted vehicle with the choke stuck closed.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Check engine light comes on just when running rough, I can slip into neutral and rev the engine a bit, and it starts running smooth again, and the light goes out.

The only recent work I've done was replacing the driver's side headlight assembly.

Tune up either late August or early September 2012

need to find out what the code is and report back.

jump the diagnostic connector under the pass side dash area.

codes 1-9 are short individual blinks, 10-43 are long and short blinks, long is the first digit, short is the second digit.
