Default Runs warm (not hot) at idle cools to norm at cruise

I own a 94 accord and it recently started this issue. I'd stop in traffic or idle and it would run a touch over middle line (neeeever has before) and stay there, but once I'd start cruising, it would go back to normal. One fan kicks on and off (10 seconds on 20 off) while a/c is on. It kicks on and off randomly if I turn the car off (after done driving and engine is warmed up, would eventually stop once engine cooled). Second fan I'm very sure has never came on. New thermostat and coolant. Has recently had new water pump and timing belt and upper radiator hose.

Was the new thermostat a Honda OEM thermostat?

Both fans should turn on when the a/c is turned on.

You can turn on the a/c and lightly hit the fan motor that is not working with the handle of a screwdriver to see if the fan turns on. Another test is to unplug the non-working fan and use a volt meter to verify 12V across the two pins of the electrical connector with the a/c turned on.

Thermostat isn't Honda oem. Will test the motor by tapping on it and the connector when I have time later.

OK, single fan runs with a/c and while car is off, but not while it's running. Second fan hasn't moved, even if I tap it. Checking relays tomorrow.

For the fan that is not running you and disconnect the wire connector and jump it to the battery with direct voltage. If it does no run then replace.

OK, fan by radiator hose runs with a/c and while car is off. Other one doesn't work. Put in one new relay. Car runs at middle line (very very slow rise) at steady cruise and drops down to norm quick at idle. Hoses feel normal temp. Going to check head gasket once car cools, just drove home from work.

When the engine is cold, remove the radiator cap and make sure your radiator is full of coolant. If this was my car, I'd probably replace the thermostat with one from a Honda dealership.

You didn't tell us if changing the relay got the other fan to work. You also didn't mention if you unplugged the fan and tested for voltage.

Only one works. One located by hoses. Come on with a/c and while car is off. Not if car is running at norm operating temps and SHOULD be running. May replace thermostat, temp sending unit on motor, and rad cap. Checking HG is on my mind (Oil, coolant air, and white sweet smoke). Also have heard that radiators fins full of bugs, or blockages (would need to be flushed) will cause my cruising temp problems.
