Default screeching sound when driving

hi, I have honda accord 1990, 2.0L, 4cylinders, auto transmission with mileage of 252,000. Now presently when driving there is this screeching sound when braking comin from the front tyres, I knew is time to change the brake pad which i did with a new pad. Within two months i have bought several brake pads but the screeching sound still persist during braking. Is there any other thing causing this sound? please i need to get information and advice on what to do. Kindly help me. Thanks

Are the brake pads wearing unevenly?

Did you check for stuck slider pins on the caliper? What did you use to lubricate them?

Could be slider pins as PAHonda mentioned.

Some cheaper quality pads just screech because of the cheap material they are made of.
