Default Seat belt chime

I disabled my seat belt chime a long time ago and do not remember how to re-enable it. My littler sister just started driving and I want to re-enable it. I searched in my manual and cannot find out how I even disabled it to begin with. Please help with this. I want my little sister to be a SAFE driver.

Don't have the manual for this year car, check the FAQ to see if it is there and download. Just a shot, might make your memory come back. I did this once to a 3rd gen accord, I pulled the connector to the "chimer" under the dash on the driver side.

I have the manual but I cannot find it in the manual. Does anyone else know anything about this?

I think that the integrated control unit handles the seat-belt chime.

Does the seatbelt light turn on when you have the belt unplugged?

Yes. The light is on but I do not hear the chime anymore.
