How important is the secondary oxygen sensor in 03 Accord? Apparently, my car's sensor needs to be replaced. Is it something that i can put off?

 

Someone should post shortly to back this up but I believe the secondary O2 sensor is primarily for Emissions control, it will fail you in a state emissions test but I don't believe it has much effect on the vehicles running condition...
